Yes We have a guest Sushi Chef Yusuke from OZ. Yusuke owned his own Restaurant in Melbourne for 6 years and has recently returned to Tokyo and is currently working in Ginza As a Sushi Chef.
So we will be offering a unique range of sushi made with Australian ingredients such as Crocodile, Kangaroo and of course main stream items such as great tassie salmon, Pacific snapper and much much More
