3 Crispy Roast pork plum sauce

6 Pork shao lump pao

7 Oriental Chicken Salad

8 Steamed Oysters With Ginger & Garlic

9 Ham yue (salted Fish atop fermented Pork)

10 Almond Tofu

10 Courses with 3 wines ¥5000
